Information handled on this website
This website does not create user accounts, run advertising trackers, store chatbot conversations, or use analytics cookies. The YANI Product Guide matches keywords inside your browser; its messages are not sent to BR Innovation & Technology or stored by this website.
Waitlist and external services
“Join the waitlist” links open a Google Form on a separate website. Information you choose to submit there is handled by Google and the form owner under their applicable privacy terms. Review the form before submitting personal information.
Children’s privacy
This informational website is intended to be used with parent or guardian guidance. It does not ask children to submit personal information directly. A parent or guardian should complete any early-access or contact request.
Information you send to us
If you email or call the team, we use the information you provide to answer your inquiry, manage an early-access request, or meet a legal obligation. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion requests
Information received by email or through an externally hosted waitlist is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described or as required by law. To ask what information the team holds, request a correction, or request deletion, email contact@brinnoandtech.com.
External links and security
The website links to Google Forms, LinkedIn and Instagram. Their policies apply after you leave this site. We use a restrictive browser content policy and GitHub Pages can provide HTTPS, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

This notice covers the current public website. A separate, product-specific privacy notice will be required before any YANI service processes child or family data.
